With no other details or observations, I would have to assume the condensate drain for the air conditioner system is plugged.

Look under the hood, on the firewall, toward the passenger side, for a 4" long rubber hose with a 90 degree bend hanging down. Squeeze the end of it to open it up. If nothing comes out, squeeze the wire ring holding it to the plastic spout, and pull it off. Stick a pencil into the spout to dislodge whatever is blocking it. On some cars there is no room to get in there and you have to do this from underneath.

Nope. Every car is different, but the drain is always in the same area. I just search until I find a 4"-long hose that's only connected on one end.
