my tata indigo ecs vx diesel engine getting heated up as car goes up 80 km/hr speed when we drive below 80 km/hrs its work ok , we cleaned the radiator , cooling line , filters , coolent , checked fan found ok , my garauge machanique told me to replace the head gasket , but if the head gasket is leakage i think the coolent level should be decrase but the coolent level is ok and its not goes dawn . pls advise what to do?

I would get the radiator core cleaned if you have not do so already, this is not just a flush, but the tanks are removed and the cores are cleaned out, you may have blocked cores, this will still give you flow but not enough to cool the engine completely, and replace the thermostat as well if that has not been done, start here.
