Sudden battery ticking noise and car will not start and no power

Loud noise coming from under car. Leaks water from front pipe connecting to tailpipe. Was running then all of a sudden battery ticking noise and car won’t start or no power. Any clue what it is? The car listed above is the SEL model.

Okay, can you give me the voltage reading of the battery?

I need that as a starting point.

There is no power or anything to give you that.

That is why I need the voltage at the battery. You need a voltmeter to do this test.
