2010 Mazda 3 Whistling sound

When I push the gas, I have a whistle sound coming from the front passenger side. It comes from the belt or upper front small pully I think. But no sound when in idol just when I push the gas down. It start today and it's hot outside about 80 and I also just got out of the car wash. Any ideal what it can be?

MAYBE CLEAN BOTH SIDES OF YOUR THROTTLE PLATE WITH THROTTLE BODY CLEANER?

THE CRUD STICKING UP SOMETIMES WHISTLES AS INTAKE AIR PASSES OVER THE PLATE

MOST OF THE TIME IF IT'S THE DIRTY THROTTLE PLATE, YOU CAN VARY THE PITCH WITH BY VARYING YOUR GAS PEDAL IN SMALL INCREMENTS, SORTA PLAY A TUNE!

IF YOU STILL SUSPECT A PULLEY AFTER TRYING THAT, REMOVE THE BELT, FIRE IT UP FOR A MOMENT OR TWO, DOES IT STILL WHISTLE?

WITH THE MOTOR OFF, TURN THE PULLEYS BY HAND, WIGGLE 'EM, DO THEY TURN FREELY, IS THERE ANY WOBBLE THAT SHOULD NOT BE IN 'EM?
