Car makes a buzzing noise like it is rubbing on something at around fifty five to sixty six mph when accelerating but if I let off the gas and push it back in it goes away.

Could be many things, wastegate sticking, turbo not oiling properly, exhaust leak, damaged motor mount. Or even something like a loose dash panel. Noises are hard to diagnose without hearing them.

Dragging the heat shield isn't good, but you found it. I had a Subaru in that had a strange sound like that, turned out to be a bad fender liner, When it went fast enough the liner would fold down from the airflow and touch the tire, when you slowed down it would go back into place.

The wrrr could be a bad wheel bearing, does it change at all if you slalom the steering wheel while it is making the noise? They can make a LOT of noise and still be nice and tight with no play.

No no change at all when I do that. Im honestly puzzled what else it could be I have a dented rim in the back that makes the same noise but it goes away once the wheel balances, but the noise just started from the front passenger tire now

OK, Get the car up to the speed where you can hear the sound. Now shift into neutral and let off the gas, what does it do? Next do the same test but keep the engine rpms at the same level when you drop into neutral. What this is testing is if the sound is only under load on the drivetrain OR is it engine related.

OK Sounds like it's engine related. Maybe a slight exhaust leak or a bearing in a pulley starting to fail. Grab a chunk of hose or a stethoscope and listen around the engine. Shouldn't be that hard to track down even at an idle.

Another thing worth noteing I forgot to say is as soon as I put the car in neutral even with the gas pushed in the noise stops, if I push the clutch in and drop it in nutral while coasting with the gas in the noise also stops it seems to only make that noise when in gear and giving constant throttle, even when cruise control is on it makes the noise and seems to get louder the faster I go but will disapear when the gas is let off and will stay gone for about 10-20 seconds of constant gas, I drove all the way from fl to nc and the noise would come and go from me constantly letting off the gas and pushing it back in

Easiest way at the moment is to create a video and post it somewhere and drop a link here.
Some other things to check over.
