you'll likely have to remove the door panel to get to the bolt which hold the mirror on. (sometimes there is a triangle shaped panel opposite the mirror on the inside of the door that you can remove in order toget to these bolts.
the fender is pretty straight forward: open the hood, remove the bolt along the fenders top edge. remove the inner fender [above the tire]. unbolt the headlight assembly IF it is attached to the fender. unclip any wires or hoses and remove fender.
