2009 Volkswagen Passat Driver Side Mirror Got Hit By Car Today Actual Fell

my driver side, mirror got hit by a car today - the actual mirror fell out, it isnt broken but obviously it is a separate piece from the rest of the unit (not connected) - the wires are there is there anyway i reconnect and re attach it myelf?

The mirror can be cinserted into the mirror housing. its often held in with a special adhesive tape or glue. You can check with a body shop to see which one yours takes.

Is the mirro housing broken?

Should just pop back into place... provided the plastic tabs are not broken.
