I have a 2009 f250. I have problems steering left or right when gas is not applied. The power steering pump is only 2 years old. The fluid level is high and keeps the level so there is no leak. Also when I apply my brakes I can put the pedal to the floor and it still rolls.

If the power steering assist comes back when you increase engine speed, the pump is weak and needs to be replaced.

Check the brake fluid level. If it's real low, there's an external leak. Once that is repaired there's a good chance the master cylinder will have to be replaced too. Crud and corrosion build up in the lower halves of the bores where the pistons don't normally travel. When you push the pedal all the way to the floor, those pistons ride over that crud and the lip seals usually get torn. That will result in a slowly-sinking brake pedal after the rest of the repairs are completed.

If the brake fluid is not low, most likely there is internal leakage taking place inside the master cylinder, again, due to worn lip seals.
