When driving the truck at any speed the truck will pull really hard to the left and then to the right. You cannont go straight down the road. I have replaced the upper and lower ball joints both sides, the tie bar, the tie rod end, the sterring gear box, and had the power steering system flushed. I do not have a steering damper. I also had the front end aligned. I have taken this in 3 times and it hasnt been fixed. It seems to happen mostly in the morning. They even replaced my brakes thinking they were locking up and causing the issue. Please help this is very unsafe to drive.

Has this had the truck lifted? If it has the steering geometry is allscrewed up and will cause this. About the only cure is to get a kit that modifys the suspension to fix this. It straightens out the geometry so it won' t drift or get the "death wobble" that is so often associated with lifted trucks. Here are some suggestions other than what i've given for wander.

Wander ? Unevenly loaded or overloaded
vehicle.

? Ball joint(s).

? Loose,  worn or damaged front
wheel bearing(s).

? Loose,  worn or damaged
suspension component(s).

? Loose suspension fasteners.

? Steering components.

? Wheel alignment (excessive total
front toe out).
