2009 Dodge Avenger Check engine light

Cyl 2 injector circuit low ( Has a rough idle and can smell the gas being dumped into the cylinder. Pulled the spark plug out and was covered with fuel. Everything tested fine, ohms was normal and injectors themselves was normal as well. Car only has 73K so hard to believe the PCM is bad. Maybe missing something?

Use a noid light or voltmeter to check the voltages at the injectors. They all should be the same.
If so, swap the suspect njector with one of the others. Drive the vehicle ans see if the code now read "injector circuit low" on the cyliinder you swapped the suspect injector with. If so, replace that injector.
