When I make a right turn fairly quickly or just whip around a corner, my radio quickly shuts off and my steering wheel violently jerks twice in the opposite direction which keeps me from completing the turn. But as soon as it happens it goes away and just goes back to normal.

have a pro scan for codes it may be a electronic steering problem there is a campaign on this for 10 yrs take to a dealer as soon as you can tell the m you steering is lost at certain times. If thi sis Elecrtronic steering if it's a 4 cyl and it will be replaced free of charge. it may be causing your radio problem as well. if not scan for codes.
