Okay so I was driving one day, normal day wasnt speeding or nothing. Then suddenly my dash read "engine power reduced" I have no idea where to even begin.I have searched forums and most say throttle body or around that area, but the weird thing is, is when I have low gas my car runs a bit better not normal but better then when I have a half tank. In NEED of help. Some codes that showed up : p0010, p0087 p0089

You should NEVER run this vehicle low on fuel. You will be buying a fuel pump soon if you continue that practice. A couple of these codes may reflect that you did that also.

I suggest you clear all the codes and see which ones reset. DO NOT unplug anything with the key on or you will set false codes. One of you codes was for a cam actuator but the reduced throttle light is usually associated with a problem with the throttle body but you didn't have a code for that.

That doesn't explain the VVT solenoid code.
