You need to find different "someones" to listen to. I suggest a mechanic who will diagnose the cause of the problem. First of all, when does this vibration occur and where do you feel it? You said it was when you started the engine. At that point, if the vehicle isn't even moving yet, you know strut mounts and all other steering and suspension parts aren't involved. A vibration at that point is due to an engine misfire, often because it needs new spark plugs. Another common cause on Fords is a defective ignition coil. A stuck PCV valve may cause a high idle speed but not a vibration.
