The car will not even turn over

Car died, jumped it with cables. Took it to o'rileys to test the battery and alternator. Both where bad. Replaced them both and now the car will not even turn over. There is only clicking coming from the relays. Switch them around to see if they were working but did not change anything. Someone told me that maybe the computer had to be reset or something. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do. I would really aprreciate the help. Thanks vicki

Start by verifying voltages at the battery and fuses to be sure you have good connection on both the positive and negative sides of the battery.
