2007 Toyota Other Car overheats

The temp goes up to the H when in driving in town with AC on. And when I drive up hill it tends to go up as well. I've taken out the thermostat to see if it is that but so far, it still goes up. At first I thought it was just because it's too hot but after a while it started getting worse when I drive in town especially if I make a lot of stops or stop too long

How's the radiator fan working is it on when its running hot?

Is there plenty of air coming out of the radiator fan?Also we need to find out what temp the fan is turning on at?
