I recently hit a pot hole and within a couple days later my started shaking once you go pass 45. I have already taken it to get a front end alignment and tire balance. It seem like that made it worst. Could I have bent my axle or my tire?

The axle should be fine. However, if the hole was bad, you may have broken a belt in the tire itself. Check it closely for bulging on the tread area as well as the sides. The alignment may have also been damaged, but you already addressed that. Finally, check to make sure you didn't bend a rim and all steering components (should have) been checked for the alignment.
