Hello,
OK, more details please.
What happened? Did it start fine earlier and you went somewhere and wouldn't start when got back to vehicle?
Was it running and just stalled out and wouldn't start back up?
Suggestion - You say the lights come on just won't start, and you tried to jump start it and nothing. If you are in a very cold area the possibility of the battery being bad would be my guess. And yes even if your lights come on your battery can be bad and not start your vehicle, the starter need CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) and if they are low or none existant then you can have plenty of power to run the headlights and accesseries but not enough to engage the starter. And jumping it with another vehicle in about 85% won't work. I would suggest taking battery out and going to have it tested at and auto parts store they usually do it free.
