Blower Motor Resistor Intermittent. I just had the BMR changed out about a two to three weeks ago and now, the heat car is not heating. Its believed to be electrical now. Any advice or ideas? Also the fan control switch (knob) and the direction control (face, defrost, floor, etc) does not work. They set it to just blow defrost to heat the car once the part was replaced. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard spot.

Do you mean there is no heat or the fan isn't working now? Also, as far as the air flow direction, have you checked for vacuum leaks? The system is actuated by vacuum.

The air flow isn't circulating within the car. And I have not. I will do this.

If you hear the fan but there is no air flow, check to make sure all vent doors are working. As I mentioned, check for possible vacuum leaks. I just repaired a jeep that only had the defroster working. A simple vacuum hose was worn through.
