2007 Honda Accord Electical issue

2 car pros,
My cars Electricity on all doors cuts off after 10 minutes of car shutdown and if I open my car with key after ten minutes only the driver door is opening? This issue only occurs when the car has been off for 10 minutes but works perfectly with in these 10 minutes or when the car is running ? Please help me out this thing is bothering me

Pro scan it for a maybe a bad anti theft module

Prices vary all over and it may not be the module anyhow it might be something else.
