I’ve replaced the starter with a remanufactured one that I did a bench test on, and it worked fine. Replaced starter relay. Checked fuses. Took battery to O'Reilly's and it was good. I have good voltage at the positive on the starter solenoid and good voltage when I turn the key at the control terminal on the solenoid. No clicking and it doesn’t even start to crank. Any ideas?

Has this issue happened all of a sudden or did you have intermittent no crank no start issue? I wonder if the ignition switch is worn and not making connection when you are trying to start. That could be why it is not even clicking or making any noise.
