What is causing my trucks front end to shift or scoot to the left or right when I hit a bump or hole in the road? If I'm driving on the highway, and I'm taking a long looping turn and I hit a bump or hole the front end of my truck will shake and my front tires will shift or scoot the opposite way I'm turning. I'm wondering what is broken, loose, worn out that is causing my front end to do this, or is this just a dodge for me?

It could be tie rods, idler arm, pitman arm, ball joints. The best thing to do is safely lift the front of the vehicle and turn one tire back and forth to identify which joint is loose.
