I recently replaced my fan clutch and water pump, it no longer makes a bad noise. It seems that my mileage isn't as good as it use to be and that the fan is always running. Is there a reset I need to do or replace a relay? If its a relay which one is it?

There are no relays for a fan clutch. The fan clutch is a small fluid coupling with a thermostatic device which responds to different temps. When the engine compartment is cool, the fan will turn, but at a much slower rate. When it gets hot, the thermostat in the clutch expands and causes the fan to spin much faster.

If it is stuck on full all the time, it will be noisy. They almost sound like an airplane.
