2006 Scion tC Vehicle not cranking

Vehicle will not crank or turn over. Battery is good starter is good has 12v going to the starter. Has 12v going to the exciter cable of the solenoid when key is turned. The oms on the wires is .1 oms so is not a resistance issue. Grounds are good. Vehicle was running good until a day or two a go when it didn't want to turn over. Please help...

When you turn the key, do you get 12 volts to the smaller wire on the starter? If so, it sounds like a bad starter. How was it checked?

Starter was checked on the starter tester at advance auto parts the big one they have in the store. By the way I have try 2 reman starters and still the same problem.

Okay... help me better understand. On the starter, there is a primary power supply directly from the battery. It has 12v all the time. The solenoid only gets 12v when the key is in the start position. Is that what you are seeing?

The only thing left is a ground. The ground is via the bolts which attach the starter to the engine. Make sure the ground to the engine block is clean and tight and the cable is good. Think about it. If the power is there where it should be, there is a ground and the starter is good, it has no choice but to work, At some point, the circuit isn't being completed.
