The audio/navigation screen, dash and headlights didnt turn off automatically and has drained my battery over night. I also hear a clicking noise that comes from the fuse box area. Is there something electrical that needs repaired or do I just need to replace the battery?

a pro will have to scan it to see what is wrong it sounds like the unified meter and a/c amplifier is screwing up. to stop the drain you can pull fuse 3 & 19 that may stop it but it will effect other things unless you reinstall the fuses after start up then when shut off take them out . I'd have the battery checked for condition including load test as well. most places test batteries for free.
