2000 Nissan Maxima 6 cyl 54000 miles

I changed the battery in my Nissan Maxima and now nothing works. What do I need to do?

either the battery terminals arent tight or have a good connection, or the main 100 amp fuse has blown. look really close at the battery terminals, wiggle them with the headlights on and see if you can get them to come on or flicker. get back to me
