I have a loss of power when I have a heavy load

Hi, I have a problem with my Elantra. There’s a loss of Pick up/power in my car…it runs as if it’s carrying a Heavy load, this issue is more prominent especially when going uphill.This problem is not persistent but keeps coming & going..suddenly the car r

Are the brakes dragging? will it roll freely in neutral?

I dont think the brakes are dragging. No noise from the brakes while the car is in motion. And yes, it does roll freely while in Neutral.
