2006 Ford Explorer fan runs all the time

The blower motor is on high at all times. I push the 'off' ot the 'auto' buttons on the climate control system,, but the fan remains on high. Is this a blower motor, or resistor, or relay issue, and if so, where do I find them.

They call it the blower motor control module its the same as the resister and is found on the right lower side of the evaporator case. You need to go though the right side dash end cover to see it. Get one from Ford
