Hi 2CarPros,

I work for a company called Grand Food Inc and would like an expert opinion on where to start with this issue.
I've had a vehicle down a couple months back because of an overheating issue. We recently replaced the radiator in the truck and the mechanic said it was fine. However, there is a small problem with it being that the coolant/water from the reservoir does not flow back into the radiator. We have to fill the radiator through the cap every morning but the reservoir is always full. Where should I go in examining this problem and would I need to contact a mechanic to fix the issue.

The truck is a Mitsubishi Fuso FE180.

Thank you,
Kevin Ngo

We hav no info on this vehicle but is it the correct radiator? Then have it pressure checked for an internal leak. If you have to keep adding water something is amiss. Also have the radiator cap checked it may have lost keeping pressure and a gasket is bad on it no t letting it take water from coolant reservoir back in to get the air out.
