What will make my truck cut back when driving?

My truck cuts back when driving. It hesitates while driving down the road. It cuts off and has hard time restarting. I had it tested and these are the codes they said it was my R&R fr 02 sensor and R&R maf sensor. Could these sensors be causing the problems I am having?

Possible but unlikely. When the problem occurs, check for fuel pressure and spark.

Those are codes for a vacuum leak check all of your hoses
