Blower wasn't blowing. I checked the resitor. Then I played with the conrtol ****. just tuning the **** doesn't work. But if I pull or push the whole **** up or down then the blower comes on just fine. I read in my repair book that I have to disarm the airbags befor I pull the panel out and to use either a plastic tool or a taped screwdriver to get the clips open. Is this all I correct and are there any other precausions I need to be aware of?

We pulled apart the dash and checked the resistor and it was fine. If we pushed the **** past the high postion then it would come on. It also works in the second speed postion but not on any other settings.
