2005 GMC Canyon alignment issue

I left the dustcover off when I changed the bearing. Could this be the reason y alignment is off and steering wheel is to the right. Its driver side dust cover. The whirl still shakes but may be due to balding tires.

Need a lot more detail than that. Which bearing? Did you take something apart that would affect the alignment? When does this shaking occur, when braking, when accelerating, or all the time the vehicle is moving? Does the truck go straight when you let go of the steering wheel, regardless of the steering wheel position?
