What's the question?
Squeaks and rattles are never something to ignore. Control arm bushings and ball joints are the most common suspects. Dodge's 4wd front axle is set up so the ball joints can't separate, but that's not the case with the 2wd axle. Before a ball joint gets bad enough to break, it will let the wheel move around and cause tire wear from bad alignment. You'll notice an intermittent pull and possibly a steering wheel shifting position. Control arm bushings can do the same thing but they won't separate and cause a crash.
In rare instances the anti-sway bar bushings can squeak too but that won't cause a safety issue. To know for sure, have the steering and suspension systems inspected at a tire and alignment shop. The people there are experts at finding the causes of noises, vibrations, and bad tire wear.
