When I put my truck in 4wd and try pulling out another truck that may be stuck or accelerate quickly it jumps or bounces and I was wondering what causes this.

I thought maybe the tires were spinning and causing the jumping. Are you sure the engine doesn't have a miss under a load?

No I'm not sure but I think that it is when the tires are spinning that the only time the bouncing happens and only in 4wd

I suggest checking the front universal joints on the drive shaft. Check them for excessive play and let me know what you find.
