Hello,
After the clamp gets removed, there is no other part that keeps the hose in place.
It is likely just seized on the housing.
Sometimes it helps to twist the hose back and forth to loosen up.
You can try to apply some heat to the hose to make it more pliable and that should make it easier to remove. It will also be a good idea to remove the radiator cap before getting started.
