Runs cool no pressure on radiator replaced radiator and thermostat, thats when my problem started. I have replaced thermostat 3 times, water pump, bypassed heater core. It just will not get hot and will not circulate. I have talked mechanics without any concerns except for thermostate which seems to be the logic explanation, and no it's not upside down by the way I put the second radiator in, both were new. Help me if you can, I am at my ropes end.

Simple things first.
How's the serp belt and tensioner?
Outside of that I would say there is a blockage in the block. No pun intended. Try flushing it without the thermostat with a garden hose.

Good luck and let us know.

Also check to see if the heater core is pluged. I have a 96 also with a pluged core that I have to replace when I have time.
