brown milky liquid coming out of over heated radiator and will not go into drive

That means you have oil mixed with the coolant. That's most commonly caused by a faulty transmission cooler in the radiator. You would have to replace the radiator and try to completely get all the oil residue out of the cooling system or it will keep coming back. I usually try some dish washing liquid to break the oil down. Refill the trans fluid and make sure it didn't get contaminated either.
