I have a 2005 town & country...The drivers side window works intermittantly...When working, motor seems to provide plenty of power...Strangely, it seems to act up when the tempeture drops below 60* and stops working entirely when it gets below 55*...Any ideas...

What your describing is likely a failing window motor inside the door behind the panel. Electrical components are greatly affected by tempature, The only good way to test this would be to make sure the motor is getting power/ground when it is failing. If not then we would be looking at a switch issue, I get these in the shop alot in the winter with the same complaint, then go diagnose the problem and window starts working, and it usaully boils down to the motor when we can get them to fail. Hope this helps.
