Screen will not light up and changing radio functions is difficult

The problem is inside the radio and will require a trip to the dealer. Most Chrysler navigation radios are built by Alpine, and whether it's for Honda, Toyota, or Chrysler, Alpine will not allow the authorized repair centers to sell us service manuals or parts for their original equipment products. In return, I don't buy their aftermarket products either.
