my interior lites, all of them, come on intermittently while driving. they will come for 4 to 15 seconds then they will go out.

First check for looseness in the switch. Vibration may be causing the switch to ground the circuit.
Next you'll have to check for a short to ground. If the insulation on one/more of the power wires is cut, it may be touching a ground, which will complete the circuit.
