I have a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado v6 4.3 liter fuel injected truck well it ran outta gas the other day and I cannot get the truck to restart the fuel pump will run so it's not the pump so I'm thinking that it's Air in the lines are something else cCausing it's not get gas properlythere is no fuel rail or Schrader valve on the v6 version so I want to know what the next step is in getting this vehicle running I know you have to check the pressure and get the pressure correct but I'm at a standstill so any advice would help me greatly

Chances are either the filter is plugged by dirt from the tank or the pump went bad. You need to check pressure. To do so, you have to have an adapter for the fuel line near the fuel filter. Check that and I bet there is no pressure even though the pump runs.
