Hello, so I drive a standard. I was driving down the road and it sounded like we had a flat tire. I pulled over and all the tires were fine, the oil was fine, and the belt was good. I then took off to the nearest gas station. I heard nothing. I then decided to drive home since I was a few miles away. Then all a sudden there was a loud higher pitch sound and sounded like something was dragging. I then pull over. I wanted to move the car back to the gas station because it was not far at all. However, the car would not go into gear at all. It still starts but the wheel locks up easy.

Have it checked for a frozen wheel bearing.

Good call, it sounds like a bearing hub is bad I would do both front bearing hubs. Here is how to replace them so you know what needs to be done to fix the problem. Here is a video to show you how to use the bearing press so you can get an idea on how the job is done.
