I am repairing my Forenza after wrecking it about 3 months ago. My problem is, when I put it in neutral, it still won't roll. The parking brake is off, the shifter is in neutral, the key is on and still nothing. I had to replace the lower control arm (front driver's side). Would that have anything to do with it? There is no battery in the car right now, so no power. Help!

When cars sit for a while it is fairly common for a brake rotor or drum to rust to the brake linings. The clue is the vehicle won't move even a little when you push on it. When something is wrong in the drive line you can usually move the car a couple of inches. Jack up each wheel and see if one is stuck tight. Sometimes you have to drive the vehicle and skid the tire a little before it breaks free.
