Honestly, it sounds like you either have a fuel pressure regulator issue causing too much pressure or the catalytic converter is totally plugged. Was there a loss of power prior to the issue?

Here are the specs for fuel pressure:
Fuel Pressure (Key on, engine off) .................... 345-414 kPa (50-60 psi)
Or try this. Under the hood is a fuel pump relay. Remove it and try starting the vehicle and see if it runs for a couple seconds then shuts off. The relay is in the under fuse box/relay box. See picture 1
Check these things and let me know what you find.
