I was having starting issues with my vehicle. I replaced the battery and starter to no avail. After having done some research, I discovered there were issues with the security system. I bypassed that and now I am not able to get any power to my vehicle at all. I called GM and they want me to get the vehicle in to a dealership to pay $100 for a diagnosis alone. I need my vehicle for work and this is a major inconvenience for me.

Lets start with what did you change that caused the no power? We need to start there so we can go back to where you started to begin with. Was the security light on solid or flashing before when it didnt start? Most likely you have a bad ignition switch causing the no start really common on those. But we need to figure out where you went wrong with the no power?
