I have a hesitation while driving that has been very sporadic. I can go months without it happening. At first it was just like a quick miss. But recently it is worse. It's like the car dies for a few seconds, the speedometer and tach go to zero, then it seems to kick to a lower gear, then runs fine. It also feels like maybe it kicks out of gear. It does not activate a code.

Have you checked body grounds, the battery terminal connections, wiring harness to the PCM?

Make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight. Also, check to make sure the main ground from the battery to the engine block is clean and tight, too.

Checked everything, only thing not completely tight were battery cables. Have driven vehicle last 2 days, so we will see if this fixed the problem over the next few months.
I appreciate you help
