As recommended both pump & filter were changed. Vehicle turns over but will not run. No codes show up when code reader used, Pump is working. Can fuel flow be interrupted anywhere? Can there be a air block? If so how would it be corrected? Is there a "in line filter"?

This sounds like a crankshaft sensor that has gone out which will not set a code, here is a guide to show you what you are in for when doing the job. Also check the timing belt.

Here is the location for you car and the timing belt diagram.
