To whom it may concern,
Any information is greatly appreciated. I have a 2004 Tiburon that I was getting a rubbing knocking noise from my passanger rear wheel bearing (as seems to pretty common) so I replaced both with brand new seals components tightened the Axel but to about 190 lbs of torqure, and when I got it home I started to get a rubbing sound from both sides. Since both bearings are sealed I applied a light coat of Axel grease to them I didn't want to over grease and cause expansion in the bearing from heat. I also seem to have more play in the rotors and a sway while driving. Please help. Don't want to lose a tire on the freeway.

Where were the bearing purchased? Are they OEM bearings? If you lift the vehicle and spin the wheels, do you hear the noise?

As long as you replaced everything, and properly torqued it, it shouldn't be loose. Take a look a the pic I attached. Is that the same as yours?
