2004 Holden Vectra Hi After Stop Say Lights Something Feels Grabbing Lift Foot

Hi my vectra when I after I have stop say at lights or something it feels like something is grabbing and when I lift my foot off brake I have to wait for a second for it to release wats gaping and I went to check transmission fluids and don't know where the dipstick is cant fined it plz help had car for only 6months

Sounds more like a brake holding on, i would look here first.

So wat do I do not sure we're I have to take it for it to be looked at and will it take much to have it fixed ?
