I'm not too familiar with this vehicle. We don't have them in N. America. However, let me try to help. Is there a dipstick to check the trans fluid level? If there is, that is where you would add fluid.

If there is no dipstick, how do you know it needs topped off? Did you check it through a plug on the side of the transmission?

The transmission is mounted to the rear of the engine. If this vehicle is front wheel drive, the engine will be transverse, meaning it sits under the hood sideways. Thus, the transmission will either be on the left or right of the engine. Most times it is the right side.

This is the only pic I could find. It is a 2001. The engine is labeled with the ECOTECH logo on it. The transmission will be mounted to the right side of the engine.
