2004 Gmc Envoy Turn Heat On Takes While Also Vent Back Blows Out Warm Air Hot

When I turn the heat on it takes a while for it to heat up also the vent in the back blows out warm air but never hot. The air condition works great but as soon as I turn the heat on, the air stops blowing hard and barely comes out. Any ideas what causes this?

you have an actuator that is opening the door it needs to be checked. there are also 3 on lh side one of htos may not work. also pul havac fuse for 60 seconds and they may recalibrate.
